1. Platform Role & Scope (MOST IMPORTANT)
This platform is a technology service provider that enables independent sellers ("Sellers") to list and sell their products online and enables customers ("Buyers") to discover and purchase such products.
- The platform does not own, sell, resell, or control any products listed by Sellers.
- The platform does not hold customer payments, does not act as a marketplace operator, and does not guarantee product quality, delivery, or refunds.
- Any contract for sale of products is strictly between the Buyer and the Seller.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this platform, whether as a Buyer or Seller, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
🛒 TERMS FOR CUSTOMERS (BUYERS)
3. Customer Accounts
- Buyers may place orders with or without creating an account.
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
4. Product Listings & Pricing
- All product descriptions, images, pricing, and offers are provided by Sellers.
- The platform does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of listings.
- Sellers may update or withdraw listings at any time.
5. Orders & Payments
Payments made on the platform are processed directly through the Seller's chosen payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay).
The platform:
- does not collect or store card details
- does not receive or hold payments
- does not control settlement of funds
Order confirmation does not guarantee shipment unless the Seller processes the order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping, courier selection, delivery timelines, and fulfillment are solely the responsibility of the Seller.
- Delays, cancellations, non-delivery, or courier issues must be resolved directly with the Seller.
7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
- All return, cancellation, and refund policies are defined by individual Sellers.
- Refunds, if applicable, are initiated by Sellers and processed through their payment gateway.
- The platform is not responsible for approving or processing refunds.
🏪 TERMS FOR SELLERS (SHOP OWNERS)
8. Seller Eligibility & Onboarding
- Sellers must be legally eligible to sell products and comply with applicable laws.
- Sellers are responsible for completing payment gateway setup, KYC, bank linking, and shipping configurations.
9. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers agree to:
- Provide accurate product information
- Fulfill confirmed orders
- Ship products within reasonable timelines
- Handle refunds, returns, and customer support
- Comply with consumer protection and tax laws
10. Payments & Shipping Setup
- Payments are processed directly into the Seller's payment gateway account.
- Shipping services (e.g., Shiprocket) are integrated tools.
- Sellers are responsible for completing all required KYC and bank verification.
11. Seller Abuse & Suspension
The platform reserves the right to:
- Suspend or disable Seller accounts
- Remove products
- Restrict shipping or payment features
In cases of:
- Repeated non-delivery
- Fraudulent pricing
- Customer abuse
- Legal violations
⚠️ GENERAL LEGAL TERMS
12. Limitation of Liability
The platform shall not be liable for:
- Product quality issues
- Non-delivery or delays
- Seller misconduct
- Payment gateway failures
- Courier failures
Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the platform fees paid (if applicable).
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform from claims arising due to:
- Violation of these terms
- Misuse of the platform
- Seller-customer disputes
14. Termination
The platform may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice if misuse or violations are detected.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
